COORDINATING COMMITTEE OF
HYPERBARIC MEDICAL CENTRES

The Coordinating Committee of Hyperbaric Medical Centres (CCCMH) was founded in Barcelona on 4th June 1988, as a civilian non profit association to establish a coordinating link among medical centres that use monoplace or multiplace Hyperbaric Chambers for medical aid, teaching or research purposes. It is registered within the spanish Servicio de Asociaciones del Ministerio del Interior with the National Number 89,786. One member of the CCCMH is the Spanish medical delegate in the European Diving Technology Committee (EDTC). The CCCMH represents the European Committee for Hyperbaric Medicine (ECHM) in Spain. The CCCMH maintains regular contact with the Undersea & Hyperbaric Medical Society(UHMS), the European Underwater and Baromedical Society (EUBS), and Divers Alert Network Europe (DAN-Europe).

Membership of the CCCMH is restricted to heads, chairmen, directors, or people in charge of Centres of Hyperbaric Medicine which are currently operative. This applies to the whole of the Spanish State, and is limited to no more than one representative for each Centre.
